Yes! We invest in the highest quality of tenting and specialize in tent anchoring ensuring your tents are always set up safely and correctly. Our team also attends annual training to ensure we are always up to date with the latest regulations and technology within our industry. If any safety concerns arise through the planning process we will communicate and work with you to create alternate solutions so everyone has a safe experience.

If you think you might need a tent at all, the sooner the better! More popular times of year (June, July and August) book up fast so we’d suggest reaching out a minimum of six to eight months prior. For spring and fall tent needs, we’d suggest a minimum of three to five months prior. Winter months may not be as common but there can be more planning involved. Winter setups tend to take longer due to additional equipment and site preparation that’s needed, so we’d suggest starting the process a minimum of one month prior for winter tent rentals.

We have a huge selection of tents that allow us to help events large and small. While most sit-down events we tent are in the 100-350 guest range, our largest tented event on record was a 900 person sit down dinner and we still had tents to spare. We have yet to meet an event we didn’t have enough tenting for.

Of course! We understand this may be new territory for most clients and that’s why our team of tent experts is here to help. We’ll ask lots of questions to better understand you and your event needs so we can make recommendations that will work for you. From there we will work up scaled layouts and 3D renderings to give you an idea of how your event will look and feel before setup even begins.

Yes, we aren’t your typical rental company. We include complimentary setup and takedown with every order on all items, even the tables and chairs!

You certainly can, however the longer you wait to get something reserved the less likely it is to be available. Refer to the FAQ “How soon do I need to reserve a tent for my event?” for additional guidance. However, tents are not only rain contingency plans. They’re great solutions for hot sunny days too as they can help provide shade for your guests and floral arrangements, and keep that cake frosting and those charcuterie boards from melting away!
