Privacy
Policy

Over The Top Tents & Events ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through overthetoptents.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

When you fill out our Plan Your Event, Contact or FAQ forms, or reach us by phone or email, we collect the information you choose to give us: your name, organization, email address, phone number, and details about your event (type, date, location, guest count, items of interest, vision and budget).

How we use your information

We use your information only to respond to your request, prepare quotes, plan and deliver your event, and communicate with you about it. We do not sell your personal information.

Text messaging (SMS)

If you check the text message consent box on our quote form, we may send you text messages about your quote request and event, such as scheduling, updates and reminders. Consent is not a condition of requesting a quote or renting from us. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. You can also contact us at 907-694-9200 or info@overthetoptents.com.

We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or text messaging opt-in data and consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information may be shared only with service providers who help us deliver messages on our behalf.

Sharing

We may share information with trusted vendors involved in delivering your event (for example our sister company Rent A Can for restroom services, when you request them), with service providers that help us run our website and email, or when required by law. They may use it only to provide those services.

Cookies and third-party content

Our site may use basic cookies needed for it to work. Videos on our site are hosted by YouTube, which may set its own cookies when you play them. YouTube's privacy policy applies to that content.

Data retention and security

We keep your information only as long as needed to serve you and meet our legal and business obligations, and we take reasonable measures to protect it.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by contacting us below.
